Frigid turned around. There was a reddish-brown wolf with light amethyst eyes just barely visible in the bushes. It let out a low growl, wolf-speech for "yes".

Kameru, still in her wolf form, shook her pelt and sprang up into a shaded part of a tree. Wolves don't normally do that, to put it in perspective.

The wolf's form was casting a dim but visible shadow on the ground. Suddenly, it began to change. Within a few seconds of morphing, it was more of a human's shadow that was being thrown.
